During Christmas, we had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, and everything was clean and modern. The location was perfect for us because it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The parking was secure and easily accessible, and we didn't have to worry about our cars. The kitchen was clean and functional for basic cooking, and the breakfast was served right on time.
We had a few issues during our stay. We were disappointed that the rooms didn't have AC despite being advertised as such. Also, the wifi was not great for basic business functions. Moreover, the kitchen was not equipped with some basic essentials like a microwave, soup ladle, or serving tools; thus, it made it difficult to use. Lastly, we were disappointed with the breakfast choice; there was no decaf hot beverage option, and the juice served tasted like Chilean Tang.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was conveniently located near a shopping center. The parking garage was secure and easy to access with the help of the guard. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was served promptly.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city during Christmas season as it is very close to the main shopping mall. the secure underground parking was a plus and easily accessible. the kitchen was functional and clean, and the breakfast was served on time, which was convenient for us.
The room lacked the promised air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable during the summer. the wifi was not suitable for basic business requirements, and the kitchen didn't have essential tools such as a microwave and a soup ladle.

The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right across from a large shopping center. the rooms are kept up well and feel modern. the kitchenette is a nice touch and provides some functionality. the breakfast is decent as well, and it is served on time every morning.
The lack of AC in the rooms can be a problem for some guests.
